TOP TIPS FOR NEW FARMERS!
It is a good idea to never have animals roaming loose on your farm. They considerably slow down the loading of your farm, and the more you have, the slower your farm will load. If you have facilities, your friends will sometimes get fed up with waiting for it to load, and leave without helping you.
In order to be able to plant more crops on your farm, change your settings so that you can plow without any spaces in-between each square. To do this, click on the spanner icon at the top right of your farm. At the bottom of the list you will see “Remove space between fields.” Tick this box.
Hire other Farmers to harvest for you. You make more profit and also help a fellow farmer to earn coins.
Get 10 neighbors as fast as possible so you can unlock the hire to plow option. It is cheaper for you and you still get the experience point.
Accept requests to visit and work at neighbors farms. You get experience, coins, and another visit towards an achievement trophy.
Send your neighbors gifts and they are likely to send you some back
Before working on a Farmer’s facilities, be sure to hide all items. i.e. Buildings, Trees, Flowers , Seasonal Items. Some farms have been highly decorated, and if you do not hide everything, it will take ages for each of their farms to load. To do this, click on the spanner icon at the top right of your farm. Untick all the options for “show buildings” etc.
When you finally start purchasing facilities, try to keep them limited to certain farms. Farmers often find it irritating to have to travel through numerous farms, with only one or two facilities on each!
Courtesy. When you have worked on friends facilities, be sure to click “like” on their post, as a way of thanking them, and letting them know that you have helped them.
